Today, 24 club members who love Japanese culture visited Ino Japanese Bistro and had a great time enjoying authentic Japanese curries and food. Thank you to all the members.

I explained to them the history of curry and how we at Ino Japanese Bistro spend 60-72 hours of passion to make authentic Japanese curry with deep, rich flavors.

A YouTube creator visits Ino Japanese Bistro.

They tried our famous 72-hour slow cooked katsu curry and chicken katsu curry. For the best flavor, all of our food is always served hot and we don't pre-cook it, we make it when the order comes in. So it takes a little while for the food to come out, but it tastes great.

The youtuber ate all of the katsu curry without leaving any rice. lol 👌👍😄🥰

After 60-72 hours of hard work and passion, our authentic Japanese curry will be ready on Saturday.

It's been simmering for 48 hours now and will simmer for another 24 hours before the delicious curry is ready.
No restaurant can duplicate the slow-cooked curry we make with love.
