Quick Update & We Are OPEN! 🔌🍔
Hey everyone, quick update from the Bistro team! 👇
As many of you know, the storms on Saturday knocked out power across the area. Unfortunately, because the power was out for so long, we had to do the right thing for food safety and throw out the majority of our fresh inventory. 🛑😭
But you can't keep a good kitchen down! We are officially OPEN today, but we will be running a limited menu while we work hard to restock the kitchen and prep everything back up from scratch.
Because we lost our prepped inventory, many things will be made fresh to order, so your food might take just a little bit longer than usual today. We appreciate your patience more than you know as we get back up to 100%!
