Our fall menu is here!

Coffee drinks:
🍂Pumpkin Roll Cold Brew-house made cold brew with cookie butter and pumpkin sauce topped with cheesecake cold foam (we’re making the cold foam with heavy whipping cream because it makes the cold foam creamy, dreamy, and cream cheesy!)
🍂Caramel Corn*-hazelnut and salted caramel
🍂Frost on the Pumpkin*-caramel, pumpkin spice, and white chocolate
🍂Maple Frost-locally made real maple syrup and white chocolate topped with whipped cream and maple sugar sprinkles
🍂Midnight Mocha📸-chocolate, cinnamon, and toasted marshmallow topped with homemade cinnamon whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and mini marshmallows
🍂Nutty Pumpkin Waffle-hazelnut, pumpkin sauce, and locally made real maple syrup
🍂Sticky Bun-caramel, cinnamon, and vanilla topped with homemade cinnamon whipped cream and caramel drizzle

Lotus:
🍁Autumn Blaze*-orange raspberry, and vanilla with pink Lotus and Lotus cream
🍁Gillian’s Brew-blackberry, blueberry, and huckleberry with blue Lotus and glitter
🍁Sally’s Potion- blue raspberry, pomegranate, and desert pear with purple Lotus and glitter
🍁It’s Fall Y’all-cranberry, apple, and peach with red Lotus
🍁Poison Apple 📸-green Apple, pineapple, and salted caramel with gold Lotus

Non coffee drinks:
Pumpkin chai 📸-chai latte with pumpkin sauce and homemade cinnamon whipped cream
Apple Pie Matcha-iced matcha with apple and vanilla topped with cinnamon cold foam
Caramel Apple Cider-hot apple cider with caramel topped off with whipped cream

As usual, those drinks with an * can be made sugar free. Many drinks can also be made partially sf.
Pumpkin sauce and pumpkin spice can be interchanged per your preference.

We have a whole roster of fall drinks from years past that we can still make! If you have a favorite, just let us know and we’ll whip it up. ❤️

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for your patronage, your loyalty, your friendship, your jokes (even the bad ones), and your overall support. 😊 We love our Briar House community and we are grateful for all of you.
Did you know this is the Briar’s 30th year in business? We are planning on a customer appreciation day on Labor Day to celebrate! We will have more information as we get closer to the date.
