We create and make beautiful, delicious, healthy foods - a combination of fresh and frozen - made in a Gluten-Free kitchen - which is DELIVERED to you at the Rhinebeck, Kingston, or Copake/Hillsdale Farmers Market OR your home, hotel, business or agreed meeting place with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Special requests with less than 24 hours notice have been accommodated when all ingredients are in-house at time of order.

What could be better than one large quiche? THIRTEEN! I have a new mother, a long-time customer, who has filled her freezer with these beautiful quiches. We added a little extra egg for additional protein plus some have meat. Her choices were Bacon Feta Spinach; Ham and Cheddar; my Greek Quiche; and Broccoli Cheddar. These big decisions! What should I do with this beautiful Quattro chicken? I think I’ll go two rounds: Chicken and Broccoli with a lemon sauce over rice. And Chicken with Mushrooms and Tomatoes over pasta. As many know, the Farmers Markets are back in full swing: we’re at Kingston, Copake-Hillsdale, and Germantown on Saturdays; at Rhinebeck on Sundays. We’ll be happy to see you there!
