Who’s been to Goa!? 🌴 🌴 🌴 This is our Feni Margarita that we call “a trip to Goa.” Because, if you have ever been there, you probably had a delicious cocktail made with Feni. Feni is produced in Goa on the southern Indian coast. It is made from either cashew apple like the one we use, or coconut palm. The word "feni" is derived from the Sanskrit word फेन phena, in Konkani फेण fenn (froth); thought to come from the bubbles that form when the liquor is shaken inside a bottle or poured into a glass. Anyway, it’s frothy tropical deliciousness in a glass, and we hope it transport you to the warm beaches of southern India on this cold day.
