Sekuwa, straight off the coals. 🔥
Skewered, marinated, and grilled to order over open flame, just like it's done back home. Smoky, charred at the edges, and full of flavor in every bite. Yes, it takes a little longer. That's the point.
Paired with fresh onions, herbs, and our house chutney on the side.
Worth the wait, every time.
