Dough Mama's Kitchen Dough Mama's Kitchen is a Food Stand located in the Smith building at BYU-Idaho! Ever heard of a Kolache? Come give it a taste! You WON'T be disappointed!!!!

We are located in the Smith building on campus here at BYU-Idaho! They are a delicious type of pastry that holds a dollop of fruit, rimmed by a puffy pillow of supple dough. We offer our Kolache's with both meat and non-meat fillings. So whether you are feeling like enjoying a quick lunch or if you need to satisfy that sweet tooth, stop on by and give them a taste!
