Gringos is looking for a skilled and reliable cook with experience in Mexican cuisine although not necessary

What We’re Looking For: NIGHT COOK 20-30HRS A WEEK.

Proven experience preparing authentic and/or Tex-Mex dishes
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency in food quality
Dependable, hardworking, and a team player
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Assist with prep work and kitchen operations as needed
Work efficiently during busy service hours
