If you’ve spent time at Open Mic, chances are you’ve heard Delica’s voice.

Through music, Delica shares pieces of her story, songs shaped by resilience, healing, and hope. But long before she stepped up to the microphone, she was simply someone looking for connection and acceptance during a difficult season of life.

As we prepare to widen the table and welcome 25 new Friends of the Table, we’re sharing stories from people whose lives have been shaped by this community. Delica recently shared these words:

Whether you are a seasoned Game Master or brand new to the world of collaborative storytelling, you are invited to join us for a night of Tabletop Role-Playing Games.

Come play Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, Cyberpunk Red, Powered by the Apocalypse, OSR games, and more. Interested in running a table? We would love to have you as a Game Master. Never played before? No problem. We will teach you how.

We’re widening the table.
Last year, 25 people committed to supporting Luther’s Table through monthly giving. Some gave $10 a month. Others gave more. Every single gift mattered.

Their generosity helped nourish this community in mind, body, and spirit and sustain a space of radical hospitality, connection, creativity, and belonging.

Because of monthly supporters, the doors stay open for shared meals, recovery groups, music, creativity, conversation, and community connection. People walk through these doors every week looking for nourishment, care, and belonging and are reminded they are seen, known, and loved.

This year, we’re hoping to welcome 25 more Friends of the Table.

Co-Create was full of creativity, messy hands, colorful tiles, and community as we made mosaic garden stepping stones together.

Every piece was unique, and so was the joy of creating side-by-side around the table. Somewhere between the concrete and conversation, familiar faces and new connections were woven together too.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the evening so special. We loved seeing everyone’s flair and creativity come to life.

Next month’s Co-Create will be Wednesday, June 10. We can’t wait to create together again!

What a night!! Our Spring Trivia Fiesta FUNdraiser was full of exactly the kinds of things that make Luther’s Table what it is: laughter, connection, good food, storytelling, community, and a whole lot of fun. Definitely NACHO Average Fundraiser for sure.

We ended up opening one extra table and welcomed 66 participants across 11 teams competing for trivia glory. El Kiosko brought an absolutely delicious dinner, and Finale’s Gourmet Desserts definitely hit the sweet spot. We also had some fantastic prizes donated from Boon Boona Coffee, Common Ground Cupcakes & Coffee, and Macadons.

And then there was the salsa. For last place, teams competed for our “Nacho Best Night” Chip Happens Award: 6 huge jars of homemade salsa (also donated!).

The funny thing? We had a tie for last place, and BOTH teams wanted the salsa so badly that they played rock-paper-scissors to determine who got to lose. Not only that, we ALSO had a tie for 2nd and 3rd place that came down to another rock-paper-scissors showdown. Congratulations to TeaM edJerton for taking home the trivia crown!

Most of all, Thank you to everyone who came out, volunteered, donated, played trivia, shared stories, invited friends, helped set up and clean up, and supported the mission and ministry of Luther’s Table.
