We dedicate our lives to perfecting it. 🍜

Every bowl tells a story.

A broth patiently simmered.
Noodles crafted with precision.
Toppings chosen with intention.

This is the Japanese Shokunin Spirit—the relentless pursuit of perfection.

It's why every bowl at Kizuki is more than a meal.

It's tradition.
It's passion.
It's craftsmanship you can taste.

One sip.
One bite.
You'll understand.

🍜 Every bowl at Kizuki is built to be enjoyed the way ramen has been served in Japan for generations.

Rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and bold, authentic flavors made to be enjoyed your way. Whether you slurp every bite or savor it slowly, the goal is the same: an unforgettable bowl of ramen.

Come experience authentic Japanese ramen, one bowl at a time.

This keeps the focus on Kizuki, avoids the appropriate amount of the word slurp and creates more appetite appeal while still acknowledging the cultural tradition.

Thank you for supporting 💜

Chaniya, a nursing student and a beloved member of our team, has been diagnosed with lupus and urgently needs help with medication and medical care.

This May, during Lupus Awareness Month, Kizuki Ramen and Supreme Dumplings, our sister brand within the same restaurant group, are coming together to support her — because she has always shown up for others.

Now it’s our turn to show up for her.

Together, we’ve raised $22,809.51 so far, and the number is still growing.

Your support comes in many meaningful ways:
🥟 Ordering Chaniya’s Purple Combo in-store
📦 Purchasing XLB online through our sister brand Supreme Dumplings
💜 Donating directly
🤝 Contributing to Chaniya’s GoFundMe

We’ll keep doing our best for Chaniya throughout May.
Please visit our stores this month and support 💜

Four years ago, they had their first date at Kizuki.
This May, on their wedding day, they came back to the place where their story began.

Love shows up in many ways.
Sometimes, it becomes support for someone who needs it most.

Throughout May, 100% of Purple Combo sales at participating Kizuki locations will go directly to support Chaniya. 💜

A special thank you to this lovely couple for supporting on 5/10.

Support Chaniya with every Purple Combo 💜
