Competition BBQ is about consistency and precision. When you are managing turn ins of 4 meats against a clock and battling the elements you need every advantage to maintain consistency. We are dialing it in today with our drum rocking the basket burning powered by S1 and fan. Got to temp in 10 minutes and once I figured out the dials and set it to 275, it rolled steady for 7 hours. Amazing Results.

Last PNWBA Competition is in the books. What a wild weekend if cooking! Mahalo to my BBQ Brother from another mother Scott for coming in to lend me a hand for the competition and my Longtime Best Bud who introduced me to Texas BBQ almost 20 Years Ago (Cam).
No Calls this competition but we enjoyed every minute of the camaraderie of hanging out with our BBQ Family.

Yesterday we competed with no Canopy borrowed smokers, 2 walmart tables and 2 chairs while working out of the rental SUV 😂🤣. Made it to round 2 and we got a bit of an upgrade. Thanks to . Turn In at 350p! Lets get it!

The 2025 Camp Korey Cooking for Kids Challenge has come to an end and what an amazing weekend! We are humbled to have gotten some calls and finished 13th overall among 20 of the finest teams in the pacific northwest but more importantly we got to spend time with some of the finest folks not just in bbq but in life for a whole weekend. BBQ Competitions are more than just going head to head against other teams, its spending 2 or 3 days together, catching up, sitting around a camp fire, having a drink and sharing in our common passions. It is very unique and truly a family atmosphere. I am thankful and blessed to be able to be a part of it.
