The beef is now simmered longer, and comes out much more tender. If you’re open to it, we’d love for you to give it another try when you have a chance. Every morning at Mizu, we carefully prepare fresh ingredients, slowly simmer our broths, and time the brewing of our teas to bring out their best flavor.

We truly appreciate his many years of service, and we’re also very grateful for his continued support of Mizu. He visits us two or three times a week, enjoys our food and bubble tea, and it always means so much to see him.
