These are the Ten Forty Specials. For just $10.40 (tax included in that price) you can get 2 slices of Plain Pizza and a Soda or a half order of Wings and Fries.

This should be a constant special so no worries about it going away.

This makes the brain VERY happy.

Opening a restaurant and setting up a new kitchen is always like a long term puzzle. At first it seems a little overwhelming and you're not sure where everything goes, but then as you start to get the rhythm of it and you understand the patterns and processes you start to find a ways to make things work better and more efficiently.

This is our wing saucing station, those are flower pot holders. We have very little space so we have to learn how to use it wisely.

This is one of those moments where the answer kind of came to us randomly but now we will carry this forward with every other kitchen we open.

Sometimes the smallest wins are the biggest.

This is our pedigree. Our sister store was named in the top 35 pizzerias to watch in 2026.

I know I can seem cantankerous at times, but it's because we run at a high level, sometimes to a ridiculous degree.

Our goal is to live up to our name we have already built.

Being New York Style we have already been judged more critically, but we are also okay with it. We will keep getting better with everyday we are open, that's a promise.

This pedigree is the standard. We will definitely live up to it.
