This week we say goodbye to an absolute stud of The Pizza Collective team. After 5 great years, is off to his next adventure.

From his dad jokes, delicious pizza creations, to the daily smiles, he’s brought passion, dedication, and a whole lotta heart to this place. Thank you for helping us shape the shop into what it is today. You’ll always be part of the family.

Make sure to stop by this week to give him a hug goodbye. Rumor has it he’s also a big fan of Snickers ice cream bars 😉😉

At The Pizza Collective, we believe in doing the simple things obsessively well.
Like every pie we whip up, our Cheese Please starts with slow-fermented dough, then is topped with red sauce, oregano, shredded and fresh mozzarella, parmesan, and is finished with a sprinkle of Maldon salt.

Anyone that knows me, knows I’ve been talking about getting a mobile pizza truck going for about as long as I’ve owned the pizza place. Well i’m super stoked to announce that the talk is over, and she’s officially going! She’s a nimble mean machine, allowing us to bring damn good pizza to any damn place you want. Shoutout to for making a light, but well-built tank of an oven.
