I don’t know about you but we are feeling SUPER Fall-ey over here. We’ve been prepping pumpkin, apple, spice, and other fall-centric flavors for chocolates, gelatos, and desserts and we are almost ready to bring them all to you!

But that means we will be saying goodbye soon to these 4 desserts.

It’s been such a busy summer for me I only just realized I never even made a post letting you know we had the Apricot Lavender. So this will have to serve as both! Get it Now! 😂

We have no tea this weekend or next so pop in and hang out with us at the table in the shop! Bring a friend, enjoy a dessert (or whatever floats your boat) and a beverage and enjoy the last couple weeks of summer before its fall, Halloween, and pumpkin spice everywhere!

CHOCOLATE CHANGES! ‼️

Ok guys! Just reminding you that some our current selection of chocolates will be disappearing from the display soon. We change up about 1/3 of our selection every fall to keep it fresh and fun and bring you some new flavors but that means we have to get rid of a few to make way for the new ones.

Now, some will be replaced with similar flavors and others will be replaced with something completely different. We are super excited about what we have in store for you this year and we hope you are too. But make sure to get your fill of those before they’re gone!

They’ll be slowly swapping as we have the ability over the next few weeks. And then… omg it’ll be basically time for Halloween Sets and Advent Calendar Presales. Keep your eyes pealed for that info!

AUGUST TEA MENU is live! Check it out! It’s designed to be a lighter end of summer menu that offers the best of the season and hits all the marks our tea is known for.

We’re offering tea Saturday & Sunday for the first 3 weekends of August. If we get super busy and fill up we may offer the 5th weekend of August as well. Still plenty of availability but we always recommend booking earlier rather than later for the most choice 😁

We’re looking forward to the later months of summer and hope to see many you wonderful, lovely people for tea!

I am out of town this weekend but the team is locked and loaded and ready to assist you with whatever you need so swing by for chocolates, gelato and desserts if you’re not already coming for tea this weekend.

Cool off with a frosty cup of gelato or sorbet!

All of our gelatos are house made and contain no artificial colors or flavor goop for some totally delicious flavors. And don’t forget that all cups come with a Pizzelle.

Gelato is truly my weakness and now that I’m spending much more time at the new production kitchen than at the shop I miss being able to just sneak up to the display and scoop myself a little gelato snack at will. But hey, I guess I’ll survive…

PEACH CREAM PUFF is now available daily through 7/12! 🍑

Honestly, I’m not even a peach person but this cream puff is EVERYTHING I want in a summer dessert. And not to be cocky but I’m reconsidering my stance on being a peach person because this might be one of the best things I’ve ever made:

Madagascar Vanilla Bean Pastry Cream
Maple & Cinnamon Oven Roasted Peach Compote
Brown Sugar Bourbon Whipped Cream
Signature Crunchy Choux Pastry

Pre-Orders strongly recommended for tomorrow or Saturday (or any day, really). We’re already down to our last 6 for today but we’ll have plenty more tomorrow and Saturday and next week.

These are loaded with peach pieces and spiced lightly with just enough cinnamon to bring out the peach flavor. The brown sugar and bourbon just add flavor and a little extra sweetness to the dessert which overall is not too sweet. You’ll eat your first one then realize you should have ordered 4. So get on it.

New Dessert Alert: VANILLA TART.

Sounds simple maybe. Not simple. But so good I could easily eat the whole thing as I almost did both yesterday during testing and today post photoshoot. Unfortunately for me I like to save some for the staff to try too so they can be informed when you ask if it’s good. (Just FYI, the answer is ALWAYS yes)

But anyway, it’s available in the case starting today and you can also pre-order online.

The Fourth of July is a Saturday this year folks so if you’re wanting some desserts to help you celebrate you now have two new options available: the Vanilla Tart and the Roasted Peach Cream Puff.

Pre-orders always recommended for holiday weekends and special items like the cream puff.
