I had to pause in the middle of frosting cupcakes for my in-law's 50th Anniversary celebration for a little introduction. My mother in law requested something coconut. So I'm testing Old Fashioned Coconut cupcakes. Its more of an angel food cake texture and enough coconut to know what it is without punching you in the face! Lol

Update: it's like coconut cream pie without the pudding texture. Really good!

So....I started typing and didn't hit post last week...lol oops! But a Happy Birthday order went out last week, german chocolate and banana....but the Birthday girl requested peanut butter frosting on the banana!! She reported that they were good, but a drizzle of chocolate might be a great final touch! Did you know you can decide what flavor frosting or change what would typically go on one?? There are a few exceptions, and I would talk about those with you, if they came up. I am quiet at the moment but am ready to book your next event, occasion, or just because order! Message me and pass the word on! 😊
