The Golden Pheasant Steakhouse is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This individual will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards while maintaining an efficient and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to established quality and presentation standards
Ensure consistency and timeliness in food preparation during service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Assist with food prep, inventory management, and kitchen support tasks as needed
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
Strong willingness to learn and follow direction
Knowledge of food safety standards or ability to obtain certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work evenings and weekends
