Here is some more info on CAB Prime Steaks:

*CAB Prime is beef that earns both the highest USDA Prime quality grade and meets the strict, brand-specific standards of the Certified Angus Beef (CAB) program. While standard USDA Prime can come from any cattle breed, CAB Prime adds extra rules for marbling, youth maturity, and sizing to ensure top taste and tenderness.

Rarity: Only a small fraction of all beef cattle reach this tier, combining the rich flavor of heavy marbling with Angus-specific consistency.

Well, unfortunately we have to change our billboard and signage again…..BUT to extend our hours of operation to open Saturday/Sunday’s at Noon starting Labor Day Weekend (9/5 & 9/6). Our signature Happy Hour will extend too with Happy Hour & $35 Everyday Pre Fixe Menu 12-5pm every Saturday/Sunday and 2-5pm Monday thru Friday. 🥩 🥃 🍸
