A year ago today Carley Carey gave me some business advice which is the only reason I’m still baking. Some weeks the struggle is real, the hours are long and the bills aren’t getting paid on time but as long as my cakes keep making people happy I’m going to keep baking. Fingers crossed I’ll have some goods available on the boardwalk in the mornings soon.

Surround yourself with people that are honest with you and understand your worth but will also never let you give up is my first piece of advice to anyone starting a business.

Just stopped by and grabbed some cookies at The Market on 59. Hands down the best chocolate cookie I’ve ever had. Flourless PB was also amazing. Excited to have something different downtown!
