🍎✨Well, Mifflin County… YOU DID IT AGAIN.✨🍎

What an absolutely incredible turnout at Apple Fest today! We came prepared… and you all nearly wiped us out! 😂🥐

For this year’s Apple Fest, we brought:

🍪 200+ bakery-style cookies
🎨 18 decorated sugar cookies
🥐 32 croissants
🍎 24 cinnamon buns
🧁 72 cupcakes
🌸 48 macarons

…and by the end of the day, our tables were looking *very* bare! 😳

We are so incredibly grateful for every single person who stopped by, bought something sweet, said hello, told a friend about us, or simply took the time to support our little bakery.

We truly cannot say it enough: you continue to show up for our small business, time and time again. And that means more to us than you probably realize. ❤️

The Patisserie may be a small bakery, but we feel incredibly lucky to be part of something much bigger -this amazing community we call Mifflin County.

So tonight, we are equal parts grateful, humbled, happy… and completely exhausted.😂

Thank you for letting us be part of your celebrations, your gatherings, your weekends, and your sweet moments. We love what we do, and we love sharing it with all of you.

Now if you’ll excuse us… there are approximately 24 hours worth of baking with only 45 minutes of sleep allotment to recover from. 😴😂

🌻💐 A bouquet… but make it delicious.💐

We had the absolute pleasure of creating a very special birthday order for a very special lady, and we were given just one instruction: go ALL IN on the flowers!🌸🌻

And when sunflowers are involved, you know we’re going to have some fun. 💛

These floral sugar cookies were piped, painted, and dressed to the nines in blooms, petals, leaves, and plenty of sunflower sunshine. So much so that they look like they belong nestled in a beautiful bouquet rather than sitting on a dessert table!

Of course, we *highly* recommend eating the bouquet. 😉🌻

Happy birthday to a very special lady! We hope these sweet little blooms made your celebration as beautiful, bright, and cheerful as you are. 💛

Public notice to those attending Apple Fest on Saturday: we were just informed that cellular reception in Bender Park is very spotty and limited, which means that card readers and card payment systems are unlikely to work as they run off of cellular plans.

If you’d like to purchase something while at Apple fest, you may want to come with cash or checks in the event card readers are not working. Never fear though, we will be there will plenty of change to accommodate cash payments.

🍎✨APPLE FEST IS ON SATURDAY!✨🍎

The countdown is officially ON, and we can hardly wait! This Saturday, September 19th from 9 AM–2 PM, The Patisserie will be at Bender Park in Reedsville, Pa serving up a delicious little taste of fall. 🍂🥐

We’ll be bringing along our individually portioned desserts, perfect for treating yourself while you stroll, shop, and soak up all the autumn goodness. Think favorite fall flavors, French-inspired pastries, sweet little indulgences, and plenty of reasons to “just have one more.”😉

We’ll be there with:
- Oversized gourmet cupcakes
- Mock macarons
- Croissants
- Streusel cinnamon buns
- The Great Wall of Cookies
- Decorated sugar cookies
- Fall cut flower bouquets
….any mayyybeeee cake pops for the little kiddos, if we have time.

🎶🎸 Sixteen, sweet, and ready to ROCK!

We had the absolute pleasure of creating a very special cake for a very special Sweet 16 - and this one came with a pretty fabulous soundtrack. 🎂🎵

We were given a few very specific requests: vanilla cake with vanilla ganache filling, and a cake that celebrated ALL things music. From 2000s hip hop to Hamilton, from the punk rock oldies-but-goodies we all know and love, and of course, Måneskin- their all-time favorite band. 🎤🖤

Other than that? Creative freedom.

So we put on our aprons, slipped into our comfy baking slippers, turned up the imaginary concert playlist, and got to work. 😉

Heavily inspired by our beloved vintage ruffle cakes, the music itself, and a moody, rock-and-roll color palette, this tall beauty came together as the perfect combination of vintage elegance and unapologetic attitude. Complete with a handmade chocolate “16” cake topper.

And honestly… we think this cake absolutely screams:

“ ROCK ON.” 🤘🎶

✨ **40 YEARS. 300 CUPCAKES. ONE VERY BIG CELEBRATION.** ✨

Metzler Forest Products LLC is turning 40 and we had the absolute honor of helping them celebrate such an incredible milestone! 🎉

A momentous occasion like 40 years in business called for something extra special… and, naturally, we decided to pull out all the stops.💅🏻

300 cupcakes made their way into this celebration, featuring four delicious flavors:

🍫 Chocolate with chocolate ganache
🤍 Vanilla with vanilla ganache
🫐 Blackberry vanilla
🍪 Oreo

But we couldn’t let a milestone this big stop at cupcakes. We also created a show-stopping 40 pull-apart cake to really bring home the accomplishment - while celebrating another very special occasion: the changing of the seasons and the arrival of fall. 🍂

The result was a little bit of autumn magic, The Patisserie style. ✨

Think deep maroon mixed-berry macarons with delicate centers, hand-piped sunflowers, roses and peonies, and hand-molded chocolate leaves in gorgeous shades of gold, deep purple, rust, orange and maroon.

Over the top?
Absolutely.

But 40 years deserves nothing less. 😉

Congratulations on four decades in business! Thank you so much for trusting The Patisserie to be a small part of such a momentous celebration. We are so honored to have helped you mark 40 years of hard work, growth, and success.🥂

✨Bibbidi Bobbidi Birthday!** 👑🩷

Once upon a time, a very special little princess turned ONE, and The Patisserie was absolutely enchanted to help celebrate! ✨

For this magical Cinderella-inspired set, we filled this edible fairy tale with a little bit of everything a princess could dream of- from fairy godmother wands and plenty of sparkle, to magical pumpkin carriages, pretty pink florals, and, of course…glass slippers fit for royalty.👠✨

Each little detail was made with glitter and gold, because first birthdays deserve a little extra magic. We hope these sweet treats helped make her celebration feel every bit as magical as her favorite fairytale- and that all her birthday wishes came true. 💕🪄

Some flowers are meant to brighten a room… and some are meant to be eaten. 💛

We absolutely adored creating these sunflower floral cupcakes for a very special lady’s birthday! Each delicate golden petal was carefully piped by hand, complete with hand-piped leaves and textured, seeded centers. At first glance, you might just mistake them for the real thing. 🌻✨

Beneath all that floral beauty were two of our classics: chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, each filled with a silky chocolate or vanilla ganache. Because, naturally, a beautiful flower deserves an equally delicious center. 😉

Who wouldn’t want to treat themselves to something sweet and sunny?

There are some very exciting things happening behind the scenes at The Patisserie, and while we can't reveal everything just yet, we couldn't keep it all to ourselves anymore.

Yes, we're finally making it official. Our website is currently in development, and we couldn't be more excited to give The Patisserie a proper little home on the internet.

We are booked with the fabulously talented Lilly Campbell Photo and let's just say… the results are going to be très magnifique. We cannot wait to show you what we've been working on.

🛍️ Pop-Up Shops
Both virtual AND in-person opportunities to get your hands on The Patisserie's cookies, cupcakes, pastries, and other sweet creations without needing a custom order.

🍪 Cookie Decorating Classes
You asked. We listened. We're working on bringing you immersive, beginner-friendly decorating experiences just in time for the holiday season and beyond.

…and so much more that we're not quite ready to spill the pâtisserie tea on just yet. ☕😉

And while we're talking about what's ahead, we have one other little announcement:

📣 WE ARE BOOKED!
The Patisserie is currently fully booked through the beginning of November, and as a result, we will not be accepting any additional custom orders for 2026.

And honestly? We are incredibly grateful.
When we dreamed up this little bakery, we could have never imagined the response, the support, and the number of celebrations you would trust us to be part of. Every cookie, cupcake, pastry, birthday, shower, graduation, wedding, and milestone has helped us grow into something far beyond what we imagined.

But don't worry- if you're already thinking about a celebration in 2027, our calendar is officially open and already has some clients booked for 2027 weddings. So if The Patisserie is on your dream dessert table, now is the time to reach out.

And for everyone who hasn't gotten a chance to try us yet…
We haven't forgotten about you. 😉
