Fishpatrick brought us 4 bluefin the last time he was in. We took care of it and are now serving it as Crudo.
Citrus vinaigrette, Serranos, citrus segments, micro greens, and chili oil.
You better come get it while it lasts.
Bluefin is not something we normally get from our waters. This is a real treat!

We had the pleasure of hosting a very special lunch today.

A group of 4th and 5th grade students from Highland Elementary’s Summer School program joined leaders from local businesses and the City of Reedsport for lunch, conversation and a chance to learn more about the people who help make our community work.

The students also got to try some unique foods sourced right from our coast, making the afternoon a little adventurous and a lot of fun.

Mia loved welcoming everyone to Kismet’s Landing and watching community leaders sit down with the students, answer their questions and share a little about what they do.

There are some really fun things happening at Highland this summer and we were honored to be part of this one.

We purchased fresh Halibut yesterday from the FV Grizzly. Today we added a bit of Cajun spice and seared it. Topped with a mango relish and cilantro lime cream sauce with citrus rice.
Also serving fresh Halibut Fish and Chips.
It doesn't get any fresher than this.
