Great news — Cuco’s Burritos in Redwood City is back open today! 🌯🔥

We’ve resolved the electrical issue involving our main circuit breaker and are fully operational again. Thank you for your patience and support while we handled this unexpected situation.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and can’t wait to serve you again!

As many of you know, Cuco’s has been growing very quickly lately, and we are beyond grateful for all the love and support. ❤️

Due to the high demand and the challenges of finding the right staff to keep up with the quality and service we believe you deserve, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily shorten our business hours.

This change allows our team to continue serving you with the same care, freshness, and heart that Cuco’s was built on.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support during this season of growth. We truly couldn’t do this without our community. 🙏🌯

Still trying to process moments like this. ❤️🌯

What started as a dream, a lot of faith, long nights, sacrifices, and love for our community has now become something bigger than I could’ve imagined. Seeing Cuco’s Burritos featured by KQED is such an emotional and humbling moment for me and my family.

This business was built with heart — inspired by my dad, fueled by our team, and supported by every single person who has walked through our doors since 2019. To now bring a piece of Redwood City to San Jose means everything.

Thank you to and especially Octavio Peña for taking the time to tell our story with so much care and kindness.
