Emerald Hills Cafe & Roastery “From Our Roots to Your Cup!” A third-wave coffee roastery serving beans from across the world. We are on a mission. The hard part is already done for you.

With a grandfathered Diedrich IR-12 roaster, passionate people work away to unfold the mysteries of coffee. With a vision to not only give our customers a delicious experience, but to bring them with us on our journey around the world through coffee. By placing an emphasis on single origins we get to discover the flavors all across the coffee belt and are inspired by every coffee’s individual personality. Paying close attention and care to every step of the process we explore, select, test, roast, weigh, grind, taste (and then taste again) every micro-batch to ensure we are giving the unique treatment every bean needs to bring out its best flavors before we present it in our shop. This unique little plant grown thousands of miles away, cultivated by skilled and caring farmers, has an entire coffee family tree. Hundreds of varieties are grown on a number of different plains and locations, each subject to many different variables that affect the beans' flavors, making the possibilities endless and overwhelming. We are joining the movement to shift the coffee world, one cup at a time. To guide people from the old way of brewing a bitter morning wakeup call, to crafting a little cup of caffeinated joy. All you need to do is treat it with care and take a long sip. It’s tough work, but we think it’s worth it. Here’s to the endless possibilities, to the little bean we love, the farmers that grow them, and the passion for the art of specialty coffee. Welcome, to the journey.
