At The Boy & The Bear, we’re building something intentional, coffee that’s thoughtfully sourced, beautifully prepared, and served with genuine connection.

This role is for someone who can lead from the floor. Someone who cares about the details like dialing in espresso, reading the room, coaching a team in real time, and creating a space the feels elevated and calm.

What matters here:
• A sharp eye for café visuals and standards
• Deep respect for coffee craft
• Natural, warm customer connection
• The ability to coach, redirect, and elevate a team during service

You won’t be sitting in the back office.
You’ll be with your team, during the rush, making it all work.
