Bartz Barbecue Bartz Barbecue is a catering service that specializes in Texas Style BBQ. Our specialties are Briske We cook all out meat in a Central Texas Style of BBQ.

All meat is smoked over a combination of White Oak and Texas Post Oak. We only use Prime Beef for our Briskets. Most are seasoned in a basic salt and pepper rub.
