My therapist said “eat more greens”… so I did 🍝🌿

Went straight for the chicken shisolico!
(Japanese shiso herb, basil pesto, jidori chicken… basically self-care on a plate, and it's GREEN!)

Healing, but make it delicious.
10/10 would take this advice again 😉
