What exactly is Kombucha??

While we are busy getting a new cart together, we thought it would be fun to explain some of our favorite products... like Nitro Cold Brew.

Nitro coffee is cold brew coffee infused with the colorless, odorless gas nitrogen. Much like typical cold brew, nitrogen infused coffee is extremely smooth and low in acidity, but it has a uniquely silky mouthfeel. This gives nitro drinks a foamy rather than bubbly character. While you can buy cans of nitro cold brew now, nothing compares to a freshly poured cup.

Happy Monday! *Hermosa Coffee Co Update* we are working with a local company to build a new cart and hope to have it done and certified within the next month. In the meantime we are still serving coffee every Sunday at Kings Harbor Church with a table set up. Thank you everyone who donated to help us buy a new cart. Thank you NBC LA! We are so thankful for the incredible support the community has given us this holiday season. When our coffee cart and trailer were stolen we were devastated. The odds felt like everything was against us. But YOU have shown us such great support and we still can’t even believe it.
Because of you we met our goal of raising $20,000! But, here’s the catch. You guys have caused us to DREAM even bigger than before. We want to buy a second cart! So that we can employ even more individuals with disabilities. Would you help us achieve that? Share our cause, ask others to donate, and let’s hire another 35 individuals with disabilities in 2020!
