We know you get frustrated when we sell out before you have got your BBQ fix, and we apologize, but please keep in mind we do not have a commissary kitchen, we are only one truck, and Chris is a one man operation!
He does what he can while keeping the high quality he is known for! We appreciate your understanding.

Good morning Central Oregon!
Our family flys out this morning and that means our vacation is over. So we are back at it this morning, getting burnt ends, brisket, armadillo eggs, and bbq donuts ready for a great weekend!
We may have forgotten to vote our favorite food truck the last few days, did you forget too? Round 1 continues for a few for days!

Opening again Friday with normal menu and Friday Specials!
