The way he explains it, Adam Valentine is "passing the torch." As the manager and co-owner of Grace and Hammer, several months ago Adam realized he wanted to return to his home state of Texas. Adam's love of fine food and the team's gift for providing home-spun and professional hospitality has created a great establishment to break bread with family and friends-old and new. We hope you stop by this weekend to say thanks and good luck to Adam. And, knowing Adam, our guess is he would like to say thanks to you.

“Passing the torch" is the right phrase for a delicious wood-fired pizza place, one that is dependent on the perfect flame for exceptional food. Adam leaves G&H in great hands as Kaitlyn and the rest of the long-standing crew will keep the flame alive and well. We invite you to come in and feel the warmth.

With grace and gratitude, we fully appreciate Redmond and Central Oregon pizza lovers (not to mention scrumptious dessert lovers, specialty drink lovers, and people who love a welcoming gathering place in an iconic building). The long-standing G and H crew hope to see you soon!

To honor the G and H tradition and to keep serving our community, Grace and Hammer is under new ownership. A group of five friends who have lived in Central Oregon for decades wanted to keep the pizza dough flying and the amazing staff bringing delectables to your table. We are excited that this special place will continue to brim with great food and good cheer!
