Saturday, January 24th marks 25 years since we first opened our doors—and wow, what a ride it’s been.

So many of you have been with us from the very beginning. We’ve watched your families grow, shared countless birthdays, graduations, and even witnessed a few “will you marry me?” moments along the way. We remember the many Anniversaries too. 💕 Whether you’ve been coming here for decades or just found us recently, we’re incredibly grateful to call you part of the Sages Family.

Chef Bart is now 53 and has been in the restaurant world since he was 14. We keep asking if he’s ready for a new chapter. His answer? “Nope.” 😅
