🔥 MONDAY BBQ UPDATE — YOU GUYS DAMN NEAR CLEANED US OUT🔥

We missed a couple updates this weekend and, quite frankly, it’s because we were running our asses off. 😂🔥

Between three days at the Smith Rock Pumpkin Patch and an absolutely WILD weekend at our General Duffy’s trailer, you guys put a serious hurtin’ on our brisket supply.

So here’s the deal for today:

🥩 NO SLICED BRISKET TODAY.

We’ve still got plenty of chopped smoked brisket for your brisket sandwiches, Phillies, bowls, loaded fries, nachos and all the other ridiculous things we like putting brisket on.

We just don’t have enough left to comfortably sell it by the slice today.

But we came up with a pretty damn good Plan B…

Our smash burgers are made with 100% brisket that we grind in-house — 1/4 lb patties, built your way and served with our Timber Twist Sidewinder fries:
