Emily is the Lead Barista at our Redgranite location, she has been with us since opening day! I appreciate her so much, she’s a constant for all of our customers, always willing to try to figure things out when an issue arises, and keeps the shop grinding! With Emily at the helm, I often forget to check in as much..I know she has it covered. Thank You for all you do!

We usually come up
With all our own recipes, however we have a customer that fell in love with a Raspberry Danish Latte she had at another shop..so we decided to see what we could come up with. When doing some research, we found out that there is a coffee shop in Minnesota called little joy coffee that shared their recipe and now have a map of where you can find their viral Raspberry Danish Latte! We thought why not give it a whirl! This latte or cold brew will only be available in a 16oz.

Today, we celebrate 4 incredible years of Dauntless Soul Brew Co. 🖤☕

What started as a simple tent at local markets grew into a coffee trailer, a coffee cart, our first brick-and-mortar in Redgranite, and through some heartbreak and hard seasons, into our second home in Omro.

The journey hasn’t always been easy, but one thing has remained constant… the unwavering support of this community.

Every cup purchased, every share, every kind word, and every person who chose to support our dream helped make this possible. We truly could not have done it without you.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us these last four years. Thank you for growing with us, standing by us, and allowing us to be part of your daily lives and special moments.
