A little appreciation post for two of our leading ladies. 🤍
There are so many moving pieces behind the scenes at Dauntless, and these two are a huge part of keeping our shops moving every single day. I rely on Ashley and Emily for so much, and I’m incredibly thankful for the hard work, responsibility, and care they bring to Dauntless.
If you were in Redgranite last week, you may have noticed Ashley spending some time there, and this week you may have seen Emily over in Omro. We felt it was important for each of them to spend time working in the other location—to really understand how each shop operates, the different flow and challenges, and what their counterpart handles day to day.
It was so great to watch them step into different environments, work together, compare processes, and talk through things they noticed that we can improve or make more consistent between both locations. That kind of teamwork is exactly what helps us continue to grow and get better.
Running two locations takes a team of people who genuinely care about what they’re doing, and I’m very fortunate to have these two helping lead the way. Ashley and Emily, thank you for everything you do, for the things everyone sees and especially for all the things they don’t. I appreciate you both more than you know. 🤍
