Hey Redding,
Over the last couple of months, Bird & Beef has been navigating a lot of changes with the construction on our road, traffic flow, staffing, and rising food costs.
After really thinking through the best way to move forward, we’ve decided to temporarily close our doors until the construction is finished.
The work happening on the street has created a real barrier for people getting to our location, and it’s made it difficult for us to operate the way we want to. We’re incredibly grateful for all the love and support you’ve shown us over the last year. Our joy has been getting to cook for you, create something new, and bring fun, creative food to the Redding area.
This isn’t necessarily goodbye. We’re hoping to reopen in the future, and we may still do some pop-ups here and there along the way.
From all of us at Bird & Beef, thank you for supporting us up to this point. We appreciate you more than you know, and we hope to cook for you again soon.
