Sourdough breads are ready!

Today we have country white, baguettes, mischbrot, whole wheat with honey, and herb and onion whole wheat

While we are sold out of morning buns and kouigh amann we still have croissants. Pain au chocolat, almond pain au chocolat, ham and cheese croissants, and pork hand pies.

Found outside Kermit’s bake shop, we are open until 2 for pickup…

Our power went out for a short while last night. Baking will be delayed as our oven comes up to temperature. I expect and hour delay at least so

8:30 am for morning buns
9:00 am for Croissants
10:00 start of breads

Sourdough breads are ready to go, but be warned, we close at 2 today and tomorrow!

We will have potato leek, and sausage onion hand pies this weekend.

The bread specials today are pepperjack, and cranberry. Tomorrow we will have raisin, and cheddar. Sunday will be rye.
