Employee Spotlight... TOM!🔥 Meet Tom, our Catering General Manager and the guy behind a whole lot of what makes our catering operation run like a well-oiled machine. Tom oversees the full catering operation: the people, processes, standards, and systems. He leads the team, keeps the details moving, and is always pushing us toward operational excellence.

He joined Odell’s in 2024 after selling his own catering company in the Bay Area and moving up here to slow down and leave the rat race behind. But after a few years, he started missing the catering and service world. So naturally, he went looking for the best caterer in the area... all roads led to Odell Craft BBQ🔥

Since joining the team, Tom has brought a level of catering experience that we didn't have before and completely changed the way we approach our operation. The whole team, and everything we do, runs sharper because of him.

Tom, thanks for bringing your experience, your standards, and your badass-ery to the Odell team. We're lucky to have you.
