✨ Employee Spotlight: Lauren!✨ Every successful catering event starts long before the first guest grabs a plate, and Lauren is a big reason why.

As our Production Manager, Lauren handles the moving pieces that keep catering running smoothly: staffing, logistics, packing, setup, ex*****on, breakdown, and just about everything in between!

She joined the Odell team in 2025, thanks to a connection through Dominique Williams, and quickly became what the team calls "the tank." She's the operational engine that brings everyone's hard work together and drives every event across the finish line.

If you've ever been to an Odell catered event, chances are you've seen the results of her work—even if you didn't know it. Behind every great event is a team making it happen, and we're lucky to have Lauren leading the charge. Thank you for everything you do, Lauren! ❤️
