20 YEARS on Tuesday. We are grateful for so many things. The community that supports us is first in line.

Thank you to all of our valued customers, family and friends...today is Fat Daddy's 18th anniversary!

At the beginning of February 2003, we were all prepared and excited to open the doors to Fat Daddy's Gourmet BBQ for the first time. We had the building, the equipment, the passion and the recipes. We were also anxiously awaiting baby number 3. With a 4 1\2 yr old little boy (Brandon) and a baby girl (Ashley) who had just turned 1, it was time to see who the next baby would be. Our amazing Son, (Adam) was born on Feb. 9th. Just five short days later, we opened Fat Daddy's to all of you for the first time, as we quickly adjusted to a third baby.

As many of you know, this post could be very long, so I'll shorten it with this...

Not long after, came babies #4 (Samantha), 5 (Maci), 6 (Andrew) and finally #7 (Randy)! And we also have a beautiful Grandbaby added to our bunch now.

It's been a long road. Many ups and downs, struggles, frustrations and tears throughout the time, but a ton of love, laughter and memories as well.

Thank you all so very much for riding the roller coaster with us these past 18 years! Cheers to many more!

Once again, Fat Daddy's BBQ will be serving anyone displaced by this horrific fire. We have experianced power outages, so prayers. I posted on Redding restaurant review. I dont know what availability i will have w/ my vendors to stock us for this. We will do what ever we can. Fat Daddy...
