First Fridays are back. Wander downtown, then swing by for a glass and $4 off any flat with a beer or wine purchase, 6–8 PM.

We heard you. You were thirsty AND hungry


So we made flatbreads that actually slap. As unexpected as you’ve come to expect from us. Just don’t call them pizzas.

Meet the new crew: Sunova Peach, Hulupeño, Cluck Yeah, White Out, Pesto Please & our personal problem child Oink n’ Orchard.

Oink n’ Orchard = meat, gorgonzola, and green apple. Sweet, salty, crunchy, piggy. Trust us, it shouldn’t work but it DOES.

Yes, we put pineapple AND jalapeño on one too. We stand by both.

**”Why does this smell so much like w**d?”**

Most asked question at the bar. Episode 1.

Hops and cannabis are literally cousins. Same family, same oils. So when a beer smells like straight mango gas and pine? That’s genetics, not an accident.

Here’s the part most people don’t know:

When California legalized w**d, IPA got better than it ever has been.

Once growers could come out of the shadows and talk openly about terpenes and how to keep all that funk alive — hop farmers stole the whole playbook.

Exhibit A: Cryo HopsÂź

In 2017, Yakima Chief Hops — farmer-owned legends in Yakima, WA — dropped Cryo Hops¼. Patented cryogenic process that separates and concentrates just the lupulin. That’s where all the sticky, stanky, good stuff lives. No leaf, no chlorophyll, just pure flavor. Biggest leap in hop tech in decades, and it’s straight cannabis extraction science applied to beer.

That’s why new West Coast hits different.

Old school IPAs had to play this balancing act — enough malt sweetness to tame the bitterness just to make them drinkable. That’s why the best ones back then were doubles, like Russianriverbrewingofficial Pliny. You needed all that malt to carry it.

New school said forget the balancing act.

Clear. Crisp. Bright as hell. All that loud, tropical gas up front, finishes bone-dry. No syrup, just *p**f* — ready for the next sip.

If you know us, you know — this is our lane. The style we built Tap & Cork around. The one we’ll drive to San Diego and back for if it means fresher.
