Mike and me on our first date. A grainy photo, some very high-class Olympia, and a whole lot of life ahead of us.
We’ve navigated some wild waters together since then, proudly living up to the spirit of the mangy, broken bird who inspired our name. But even for us, these are uncharted waters.
We send our love and wishes for healing to everyone affected by this violence. What has happened has deeply shaken our team and our family, and we are still finding our footing.
We’ll be serving an abbreviated menu tonight thanks to our incredible kitchen crew, who have navigated two extraordinarily difficult situations in an already challenging summer. This weekend, we’ll have wonderful support from Sitti's Table, for which we are so grateful.
We don’t yet know exactly what comes next. We’ll be talking with advisors and friends about how to move forward next week and beyond, and we’ll share updates as those plans take shape.
