We're Opening Today!

Updated Menu with pricing below- Where's the pizza, you ask? 😅

We're taking a little break from pizza! It's labor-intensive, and as we head into winter, we're simplifying our kitchen and menu. But don't fret! We'll bring it back for occasional pop-up nights, so keep an eye on our newsletter for dates!

We'll also be showcasing Sam's culinary expertise with special, limited-seating coursed dinners. More on those soon!

We've also rearranged our space and added lamps at every table! The front is set up for a more traditional dining experience, while the back is becoming a cozy, lounge-style space for those who just want a cocktail and a snack. The back will be first come, first served, so there's always an opportunity to drop in without a reservation! We'll be adding more cozy nooks soon.

We'll have a few extra tables in the back this weekend to accommodate our Neighboring Nations dinners. Speaking of which, we still have room on Sunday at 5:00 for the special Indigenous dinner! We'd love for you to join us with Chefs Ashley Woodward and Sam Bretz at the helm.

We're excited to welcome everyone back and settle into this next chapter of the Magpie!

Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces this weekend! Excited to announce our fall menu (attached). 🍂

We reopen this Thursday and are excited to welcome our new Executive Chef, Sam Bretz! (More about him in the newsletter!) Menu prices will be finalized shortly.

This weekend, we’re also welcoming guest chef Ashley Woodward for our Neighboring Nations Dinner. This will be our only service on Saturday and Sunday, with seatings at 5:00 and 7:30. Dinner is a set menu at $75 per person.

A little housekeeping as we head into winter: we’ll be open Thursday through Sunday this week, and then Thursday through Saturday for now.

We’re taking a short fall break.

For the next few weeks, we’re giving our team—and ourselves—a little room to breathe, regroup, and create a new menu we’re excited to share with you.

We plan to reopen in early October and will share the exact date as soon as we’ve finalized it with our team.

All scheduled private events will go on as planned! And if you think you might miss us, join us September 16 for Jeffrey Foucault—it’s going to be an amazing show!

Mike and me on our first date. A grainy photo, some very high-class Olympia, and a whole lot of life ahead of us.

We’ve navigated some wild waters together since then, proudly living up to the spirit of the mangy, broken bird who inspired our name. But even for us, these are uncharted waters.

We send our love and wishes for healing to everyone affected by this violence. What has happened has deeply shaken our team and our family, and we are still finding our footing.

We’ll be serving an abbreviated menu tonight thanks to our incredible kitchen crew, who have navigated two extraordinarily difficult situations in an already challenging summer. This weekend, we’ll have wonderful support from Sitti's Table, for which we are so grateful.

We don’t yet know exactly what comes next. We’ll be talking with advisors and friends about how to move forward next week and beyond, and we’ll share updates as those plans take shape.

We’re so sorry to share that One Legged Magpie will be closed tonight.

We know this is our second unexpected closure recently, and we’re grateful for your patience and continued support.

We’ll be open again tomorrow with a limited menu of pizza, appetizers, and salads.

If you have a private party booked with us, please rest assured—we’ll take care of you!

We're switching things up and serving oysters every day this week instead of just Thursday through Sunday.

Join us for Oyster Hour daily from 4–6 pm (or until we run out) with specials on oysters, martinis, old fashioneds, margaritas, and w**e.

Tonight only:
Marbled Ranch Short Rib with roasted fingerlings, broccolini, and shiitake mushrooms.

All week:
Fried Brussels Sprouts with yuzu ponzu, togarashi, and a soft-boiled egg.

Starting Thursday:
Alaskan Halibut with tomato olive tapenade, spinach, and black bean purée.
