Now introducing the “Sunday Gravy”. 🥩 Tender beef is slow braised in a combination of vegetables, aromatics, beef stock, and Bianco DiNapoli . The beef gets shredded and the juices get pureed to make the sauce, then it’s all topped with our signature cheeses (including Caputo Brothers Creamery fresh mozzarella) and house carmelized onions.
Chef Josh is not forking around with this one, but you just might! 🍴 Available at the franklinstsocial for a limited time starting 8/28!

Unfortunately Chef Josh injured his shoulder and despite setting up for the day, is having trouble tossing pizzas. We apologize for the inconvenience but Franchescas will be closed for the day and will reopen tomorrow 8/26 at 11. To makeup for this, we will be running the 2x18” Cheese Pizza for $25 Wednesday and Thursday this week! 🍕Thank you for your unending support. ❤️
