Our dough is made fresh, in-house, using simple, high quality ingredients like extra virgin olive oil and King Arthur unbleached flour? It’s fermented for 24–48 hours, then hand stretched and tossed before being baked in our gas fired deck oven. Each individual pizza is made to order!

We also pride ourselves on sourcing high quality toppings, including fresh vegetables chopped and sliced in-house, our hand crumbled sausage, meatballs made from scratch and plenty more!

We truly love what we do!
