We create our recipes using the finest ingredients available..heavy cream, milk, ripe fruit, herbs and spices. Our small batch artisan sodas and ice creams have intense flavor and most people who taste it say it's the absolute best they've ever had. From classic flavors like Oreo,Pistachio

, Vanilla and Chocolate to some more adventurous ones like Honey Lavender, Sea Salt Butter Pecan and Raspberry Basil Sorbet we offer something for the gourmet in everyone. We do farmers' markets, festivals, food truck events and special events (weddings, graduation parties, etc) throughout the Hudson Valley and are in the process of developing a line of wholesale products for distribution and sale at stores and restaurants.
