📣 FRIENDS, PLEASE SHARE! ❤️ AN UPDATE ON THE BRANDED TABLE RESTAURANT! 📣
We know everyone is anxiously awaiting the opening of The Branded Table Kitchen & Cafe, and trust us, WE ARE TOO! ❤️
We are asked daily when the restaurant will be opening, and believe me, we would LOVE nothing more than to give you a definite date! But we wanted to take a moment to give everyone a little behind-the-scenes look at what we’ve been working on and why we haven’t been able to announce an opening date just yet.
When we took on this project, we decided that if we were going to do it, we were going to do it RIGHT! That has meant pretty much starting from scratch in several areas of the building.
🔨 We’ve more or less gutted the kitchen and what will soon be our cozy café area.
🔨 We’ve removed the old flooring and have been grinding everything down to bare concrete in preparation for new epoxy floors.
🧽 We’ve spent countless hours scrubbing, cleaning, and going through GALLONS of degreaser to get everything ready!
🎨 We’ve been priming and painting walls throughout the building, giving everything a fresh new look.
🔧 We still have plumbing to rearrange, new equipment to install, and plenty of finishing touches to complete.
🪵 We’re also building ALL of our own counters, which is a pretty big project in itself!
And believe it or not, that’s just SOME of what has been going on behind those doors!
Once all of the renovations, equipment installation, and final details are complete, we still have to go through our health inspection before we can officially open. As much as I would love to already have that scheduled, we simply can’t do that until we know everything is completely ready.
Unfortunately, projects like this come with unexpected challenges, surprises, and timelines that aren’t always in our control. We’re working incredibly hard to get everything finished, but we also refuse to rush through things just to meet a date.
We want to open those doors knowing we’ve created something we’re proud of and something our community can enjoy for years to come! ❤️
One thing I can promise you is that as soon as we know when we’re opening, YOU WILL KNOW! 🎉
In the meantime, we cannot thank you enough for continuing to support us at the trailer! We are seeing new faces every single day, meeting so many wonderful people, and hearing how excited everyone is to have something new coming to Red Boiling Springs.
That excitement means more to us than you could ever know. We are putting so much time, hard work, and heart into this place, and knowing that our community is cheering us on makes every long day worth it.
