The update everyone has been waiting for.

The ticket has been officially PAID by one of our dine-n-dashers!

Receiving the $90 wasn’t our battle. Our battle was getting the word out so other businesses can be aware and not fall victim to theft. Our battle was to inform individuals, who do not make the right choices, that we are tired of theft and will not stand by and let it go. Our battle was to make them famous. We’ve had customers share stories of going into other places of business where one of our little runners was also at. The cashier then recognised the individual and called them out for for their actions at our establishment.

What won the war, was our community. The amount of support we received during this issue was incredible. The video has reached almost 800k views travelling to Australia, the UK, Canada and all through the United States. For that, WE THANK YOU. One share of a post can fully change the dynamic. We will forever be grateful for all the amazing individuals who supported us through this process. We ARE community strong 💪🏻

Howdy friends! Just a heads up!

Starting October 1, 2026, sales tax for the city of Red Bluff will go from 7.5% to 8.5% If you notice your “normal” order total a bit higher, this is why.

We are still striving to keep competitive prices on our menu for you and your families to enjoy a good meal with out breaking the bank. Thank you ☺️

WOW!! All we can say is “DONT MESS WITH TEHAMA COUNTY!”

After our post about our fabulous “dine and dashers”, the outreach from our community has been overwhelming and very heartwarming! We never thought this was a post that would take off so much! We’ve received many messages about the little heathens on who they are, what they do and even where they stay.

We truly want to thank all of our customers, non customers, small businesses and especially our local law enforcement agencies as well as our friends at the fire department for all the help, kind words and support.

Our goal with this post was to not receive the money back, but to make our community aware of the full circumstance, what it does to a small business and to make others aware so they do not fall victim to these “special” individuals. Those of you who have offered to cover their tab, we THANK YOU, but that is not what we want from our amazing customers. It is never your responsibility to take care of others misuse of a business but DOES show how big your heart is.

From all of us at Breezy’s restaurant, we want to thank you for standing with us and for always supporting. We truly love our community ❤️

**Update**
On Friday the gentleman who is seen walking in last when entering the restaurant to eat and then walking out last with the ticket in hand did reach out to us. He claimed the “skinny guy” said he was paying the ticket. He said he wanted to make things right. He was given Matt’s number to schedule a meeting. He contacted Matt both days and when it came time to show up, he must of gotten lost. We have not heard from the individual since. We do know all the names and details of all 5 individuals. We have not been contacted yet if the group has been contacted by law enforcement. We want to all thank you again for your kind words and HUGE amount of support ❤️

On Tuesday, at 8:13 AM, this lovely group of 5 decided to come in and enjoy a meal in our establishment. At 8:52 AM, they decided after a tummy full, it was time to leave and skip out on a $90 ticket. We always hope it’s a mistake however in the video of them leaving, you can see the last gent walk out with the ticket in his hand.

Red Bluff Police is working with us to get them identified and it’s believed two of them are already recognised.

Small business or not, this is absolutely unacceptable. You’re not just stealing from us, you’re stealing from our kids. So, let’s make them famous!! Please feel free to share and other businesses BEWARE!
