Last night, our John Paul II Center for Special Learning students and a recent graduate had the chance to put their hospitality skills to work with Chef Tim from Redner's Warehouse Markets as we hosted one of our Legacy Gala auction dinners!

Our dedicated Gala Committee volunteers transformed our cafeteria with fresh flowers, china and crystal to create a special dining experience for our guests. Chef Tim brought his creative dishes, and our JPII students were the stars of the evening as they served dinner and bussed tables.

It was such a fun and special evening, and a great opportunity for our students to practice real-world skills and build confidence. We’ll be putting those skills to even more use at our Special Blends Café by JPII very soon!
