Our private back room—The Golden Suite at Dorada—is the perfect spot. First and foremost, a massive thank you to everyone who came out yesterday for another incredible Jazz Night featuring The John Fundyga Quartet. The music was spectacular, and as always, your energy made the evening truly special!

A Quick Note About the Heat... ☀️

We want to take a moment to address the elephant in the room or rather, the heat in the room. Of all the days to take a break, our central air systems decided that yesterday (one of our hottest days yet!) was the perfect time to slowly give out after working some serious overtime lately.

We sincerely apologize for the discomfort and any inconvenience this caused. You all were absolute troopers, and we appreciate your grace and patience more than words can say.

Despite the extra warmth, we hope everyone still had a fantastic night filled with great tunes and great company. Thank you for your unmatched support, and we promise to have things cooled down for you next time! 🎶✨

✨ New things are on the horizon at Dorada. ✨

Did you know that Dorada translates to “golden” in Spanish? To us, that word means everything. It represents golden standards, warm hospitality, and creating those glowing, unforgettable moments with all of you.

With that inspiration driving us, we are upping the experience in many different ways to truly define who we are as a restaurant.

As we plan our next chapter, we are keeping our roots close to our hearts. To our 201west originals: you are the foundation of everything we do, and as we grow, we are bringing all of you right along with us. We’re getting ready to share a little more of us with you. You might have already noticed a few small changes, but we are officially leaning into our vibrant Hispanic roots to bring even more authentic flavor, passion, and culture to the table.

Speaking of which—lunch is officially coming soon! We’re putting together a brand-new daytime menu packed with even more of those Hispanic flavors and dishes, so keep an eye out for that. 😉

To our day-one loyalists and the amazing new faces we are so lucky to welcome every single day—thank you. Your incredible support fuels our growth.
