Dear Customers,
We would like to provide information about our delivery radius and Yelp.
We have received various calls regarding why we do not provide delivery service to a certain area after checking the radius of our delivery. The answer to this question is because our customers may see an ad to order on GrubHub or a similar delivery app on Google or Yelp.
China Fun, as an establishment, does NOT have any paid partnerships with any delivery companies, and therefore, that is the reason why we may deny requests to deliver to an area. We solely deliver orders through our own personally hired drivers. If a customer still wishes to order food, they are more than happy to do so by ordering through the GrubHub (or similar) app. A driver working with one of these companies will accept your order, come to our establishment to pick it up, and then deliver it to you.
As for Yelp, customers have also inquired about the radius for delivery on there. Currently, we do not have access to the business since an individual that is not one of our employees claimed the business. Although the majority of the information on there is correct, there are a few discrepancies, such as our radius for delivery. To address this issue, we ask all customers to call in to ask if we provide service to your area so the accurate is exchanged accurately.
