Peri-peri Chicken Sandwich

One of our favorite hot sauces we came across traveling was peri-peri. It’s got peppers, lemon, and garlic making for a spicy combination. We made our own version of this sauce with a mango slaw to help tame the heat. The grilled chicken breast has a peri-peri dry rub on it. Come see if you can handle this spicy treat!

Chimichurri Brisket Sandwich with our hand-cut plantain fries

If you know us, you know we are constantly inspired by our travels near and far. So I’ll preface this with we went to Texas last weekend. Texas is a power house for bbq and most importantly, brisket!! We plan on revamping the menu soon and thought we would run a test week on an idea we had for the Chimichurri sandwich you guys love so much. 14 hour smoked brisket with our made in house chimichurri goes so well over our toasted bread with baby Swiss cheese and served with a side of our hand-cut, made fresh daily, plantain fries. Come try something new at the bistro!!
