We have recently fallen in love with Indian food and all the delicious flavors that come from roasting vegetables and blending them into a delicious sauce. Grilling the chicken over an open flame gives this plate a little char. It’s something new to make for us, so don’t hesitate to tell us what you think!!

The Dirty Dog

Inspired by the Guatemalan hot dog carts that can be found in the streets of San Francisco late at night after the bar closes. Their number one seller is The Shuco. A sweep the kitchen of hot dogs. We put bacon, a house made guacamole, steamed cabbage, our house made pickled onions, and a spicy siracha aioli to top it all off. I don’t think we can fit anything else on this dog and I don’t think it can get any dirtier. Come try something new at the bistro!!

The Best D*mn Cabbage Cup You’ve Ever Had

I could eat this special every day. No carbs, no fuss, just lean meat stuffed in a cabbage cup. Perfect to beat the heat. Inspired by the national dish of Laos, this plate is packed with zest, herbs, and lots of lime juice. Served with the most viral cucumber salad recipe we could find. Honestly I’m not sure which one you’ll like more. Come try something new at the bistro.

Wild Caught Fried Snapper drizzled with a Seré Sauce over Salty Coconut Rice with Garden Slaw

This special was inspired by the traditional Belizean stew seré. We dredged the flounder in a turmeric coconut milk then lightly fried it. The salty coconut rice is going to become our new staple in the rice bowls that’s how good it is.

We freshly harvested radishes, turnips, and kale to combine into a delicious slaw to go on the side of this special.

The “Corn” Dog

Elote, or Mexican street corn, off the cob and done in a beautiful mixture is carefully applied over the top of an all beef frank to create this fun and savory dish. It’s got cilantro, cheese, and lime. All the things that make Mexican food oh so delicious. This is one of our classics from back in the olden days. If you know it you already love it. Come try something new at the bistro.

Last weeks weekly special. So good, we didn’t even get to post it. But for the sake of keeping up.

Gochu-Garlic Sliders

We combined roasted garlic and Gochujang to make a spicy savory sauce for these little flavor bombs. Gochujang is a Korean fermented red pepper paste. Combined with pepper jack cheese and bacon, these were a HIT. If we don’t post, make sure to ask about the weekly special every Monday. Or else you might find yourself missing something spicy and spectacular.

Nashville Hot Chicken Sub

These have been going so fast we haven’t had a chance to post it. Toasted bread, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, and a house made chipotle sauce. My personal favorite part is the Parmesan baked crispy zucchini fries. Come try something new at the bistro!!
