We asked for y’all to send us out with a bang and y’all sent us out this week with an entire fireworks show. It’s an amazing thing, this community. I wasn’t going to post these photos because they’re not “glamorous.” If this weren’t such a sentimental moment, it would never make the highlight reel of social media. But this is real life. This is a dynamic duo after 12 hours in the heat to do a job that we love together one last time. These are photos of tear soaked faces trying to smile through all of the emotions because we are going to miss seeing you every day. These were some of the best memories and moments of my life and I will treasure this experience for the rest of it. Although life is taking me on another adventure, you haven’t seen the last of Mimi’s Kitchen and there is always a place for you at our table. Stay tuned for details of what is to come. From the bottoms of our ginormous, overflowing hearts, thank you all. Mimi and I love you so much!!!

With a heavy heart, this is the last menu we will post. We will still operate with our normal hours through this week and then we will close our window for the last time Friday night, June 30th.

There are no words to express how much we have loved serving this community. Every one of you feel like family to us and we’re going to miss your smiling faces! Another adventure awaits our family and we would love for all of you to come send us out with a bang during this last week. We love y’all!
