🐟 Pan-Roasted Branzino — crispy skin, saffron citrus beurre blanc, lemon-herb pearl couscous, charred broccolini & all the good stuff. Light, bright, and packed with flavor.

🍖 Braised Veal Osso Buco — fall-off-the-bone veal shank over Parmesan-mascarpone polenta, finished with a black garlic-red wine demi. Comfort food, elevated.

🥩 32oz Prime Tomahawk Ribeye — need we say more? Hand-cut, chargrilled to order, finished with house steak garlic butter. Bring your appetite.
