We have had a busy Summer between graduation parties and catering.
We have a free Saturday this week and will be offering the following for the start of college football on 8-29.
Pre-order only and pickup times will be between 11am and 2pm.

Smoked baby back ribs $24.00/rack.
Smoked chicken wings $13.00/lb.
Smoked pulled pork $10.00/lb.

Smoked Buffalo chicken dip$15.00/lb.
Brisket stuffed jalapeño poppers $7.00/for 3.
Mac and cheese(smoked or not smoked)
$35.00/ half tray
Brisket mac and cheese $45.00/half tray

We also will have frozen pulled pork available for your rainy day needs.

We are so happy to support a wonderful young lady at the 2026 Jefferson County Fair. It was clear that her hard work and time made this an easy choice. This pig will be added to our freezer for our family. We are proud to support this hard working 4-Her. Good Luck at WVU!

Happy Holidays everyone! Looking forward to 2026!

We will be offering 1/2 trays of pulled pork($25.00) and macaroni and cheese($40.00) for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
We've been so busy that roadside wing orders had had to take a halt. We again will be doing wing orders for Super Bowl Sunday!
